Fresh fruity cocoa mixed with medium roasted nuts & banana.

Part 1: True Gold Protein Shake


  • 800g Frozen Extra Ripe Bananas
  • 600g Yogurt
  • 50g Honey (optional)
  • 100g Natural Almond Protein
  • 500g Roasted Almond butter
  • 100g deZaan True Gold
  • 2g Cinnamon powder
  • 1g Vanilla Extract
  • 2g Nutmeg


  1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  3. Refer to assembly for further instructions.

Part 2: Assembly


  1. Once shake has been blended. Pour into 6 cooled glasses.
  2. Dust with cocoa powder.
  3. Finish by finely grating roasted almond over the top.
  4. Serve chilled.
